Finance by MD is a bilingual credit consulting and educational firm. We are not a Credit Repair Organization, a law firm, or a financial advisor. This page explains what we are, what we do, and your rights as a consumer.

You have the right to obtain a free copy of your credit report from each of the three major bureaus (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion) once per year via annualcreditreport.com.

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information directly with the bureaus and the furnishers, with or without the assistance of a credit repair organization.

Finance by MD will never request payment before services are performed where prohibited. You may cancel your contract within three (3) business days without penalty.
